Factors Affecting Pricing

  • Travel Distance: Longer distances increase travel time and fuel costs.

  • Time of Day: Appointments during peak traffic hours or after-hours may incur higher fees.

  • Complexity of Documents: Specialized or complex documents may require additional time and expertise.

  • Deposit: A $25 deposit is required for all General Notary Work.

State-Regulated Fees

  • Acknowledgments & Jurats: $15 per signature (as regulated by the state).

Travel and Additional Fees

  • Travel Fees: Typically range from $35 to $120, depending on distance and location.

  • Witness Fees: $35 per witness, if required.

  • After-Hours or Emergency Appointments: $100 fee for appointments outside standard business hours.

  • Printing/Scanning Fees: $0.25 – $2 per page, depending on volume and requirements.

  • Cancellation Fee: $50 if canceled less than 2 hours before the appointment.
